Faith’s Flick Picks: Part 1 | Part 2 | K-Dramas |
I’ve had this list sitting in a sad word document on my computer for the past few years, and I’ve been regularly updating it every time I started on a new drama. It’s about time that this list sees the light of day, so I took the liberty to arrange it according to genre and included the names of the leads (let’s be honest, we’ve all watched some K-dramas with substandard plots just because we love certain actors/actresses). Also, did anyone get the reference in the title?
Korean dramas have been a huge part of my life, ever since I was first sucked into the black hole of Korean culture, K-dramas and K-pop in 2013. So this listicle is really just a love letter to all the Korean dramas that I’ve laughed, cried, fangirled over, learnt Korean from, and watched since 2013 till now (last updated Nov 2022).
The dramas are categorised by genre and arranged in reverse chronological order (newest ones first). Hopefully you’ll find a drama (or two) from this list to fall in love with! 🙂
